This may lead to the information not reaching the clients at all. This filtering has been intensified due to many elements use it for illegal purposes thus causing further trouble to the legitimate businesses. This has led to some spam filters blocking out legitimate mail as well.

Many businesses now ask the website visitors about their preferences about receiving email. This is usually done in the form of newsletters of the concerned firms which are sent periodically to the list of people who have subscribed for the same.

The emails used for marketing nowadays offer a great scope of personalization which should be utilized correctly to secure a greater number of clients.
